Honoring The Legacy
The Stockyards at the National Western Stock Show, commonly referred to as “The Yards”, has a rich history and an enduring legacy. For the early beef industry, this is truly where the west was won. Beginning in 1906, bulls were shipped to The Yards in Denver by train -- from all around the United States -- then sold and redistributed throughout the west and beyond.
Honoring CK Ranch and the Vanier family as the 2023 Yards Hall of Fame inductee.
